First I present a quick summary of a one day 197 kilometre bicycle ride I did to forest Ontario Canada from London Ontario Canada yesterday.

Where I met some wonderful people.

On a Sunday at 5 am , which was yesterday, I began pedalling to forest Ontario.

I took Richmond street to Lucan Ontario.

Then had a coffee.

I believe it was 7 am.

Then I headed back to highway seven.

Tookhighway seven to Ailsa Craig Ontario and then park hilll Ontario.

On the way I stopped to do some hiking.

Found some huge plants and corn on the cob.

Taped them to my bike.

I also did another hike to on park hill drive.
